Both have signed on the Limitation Page of this volume Lettered Q. King has also signed on a special copy of one of his preliminary sketches that was laid into this volume. (This sketch is now tipped in.) It is also lettered Q. Finally, Jackson has signed again on the page facing the tipped in sketch with an inscription to Al.” These lettered volumes were not for sale but for presentation.
